We build video analytics on top of surveillance hardware that is already installed. We collect and label a dataset on the client site, train detectors for the specific shooting conditions, configure event scenarios and take the model to stable operation under load. Special attention goes to reducing false positives: they are what destroys trust in the system by the second week of operation.
